Ceviche Mariquita

Shrimp ceviche like you have never had it!  This dish is a great appetizer to have before your meal. Tasty shrimp with an avocado and tomato blend, with crunchy plantain chips on the side.

Mussels Albarino

Or mussels are quite the treat. They are cooked in an Albarino wine sauce. Albarino wine is produced in the northwestern corner of Spain, just north of Portugal. Topped with scallions, papas fritas, and a tomato and onion sudado (stew), this is a must-try dish for mussel-lovers.

Ricotta Beet Esplanade Salad

If you are a lover of salad, you must try this! By oven roasting the beets, their sweet and savory flavor is highlighted and joined by chayote, honey, ricotta cheese. Additionally, candied walnuts are added for a sweet and delectable crunch.

Filet Mignon Medallions

These perfect little morsels of tender steak are carved from tender filet mignon and meticulously trimmed into the perfect medallions. Paired with Caja Yuca, rosemary, and portobello mushroom sauce, this savory and elegant entree may be one of your favorites!

Salmon Cangrejo

Salmon Cangrejo is a classic dish with a unique twist. You’ll get salmon cooked with Shiitake mushrooms, Napa cabbage, scallions & crabmeat consommé. This dish is so tasty and flavorful, you may be tempted to drink the consommé.

Grilled Pork Chop Habanero

Our citrusy, chile-laced grilled pork chop entree is a delicious option. Marinated in a special habanero marinade, we grill our pork chops to perfection. With sautéed onions, peppers, tomato, and a side pure de papas (mashed potatoes) this is option makes for a great dinner.
